I dont appear to be alone in that I haven't gotten my whole couch yet, there FB presence has comments of others stating they are missing pieces. I was sent a green ottoman instead of the core couch seat with back. I dont mind mixups if the company takes appropriate action however just connecting with Linsy has been a rough experience. if you click the sellers website link in amazon it goes to linsyhomefurniture.com, which as best I can tell isn't affiliated with linsy.com or linsyhome.com. I can't confirm if this is accurate or not as those two sites have been impossible to reach anyone and they have conflicting information, linsyhome.com says 24/7 support and provides a disconnected number, linsy.com has listed core hours of support in EST but no one is ever available in either websites chat platforms despite saying "we are here" They have been responsive in the amazon chat feature but only once a day during china hours and that chat platform is a nightmare to get to and manage. will update if and when I get my whole couch
