It is so easy to fall asleep on this thing once you lay it back. The head and neck support is fantastic for lounging all afternoon.

Very welcoming type of couch. Love the storage ottoman and the console is amazing. Delivery was fast and I had no issues putting it together even with cat supervision.

It has a nice weight, consistent color saturation, and a soft yet substantial feel that should perform well in my house with kids and dogs. .
This is specific to a chair not an end to a couch and can only be used in certain areas a better description would be useful
I've had it for a couple of weeks now and have several snags... It's absolutely not pet proof, pet resistant, pet anything. We have not been rough on it at all. I do love the versatility of it and it's fairly comfortable, just several snags in such a short period is not a good start. This is obviously not going to last us and for $3000 I had hoped for better quality.
Got the 3 seater, 3 ottoman set since my dog decided to eat tiny holes all in my sectional couch. Firm like everyone else said which I like cause too soft sucks. Seats do slide, so a lil Velcro to fix that. Overall it’s a great set. Very easy to assemble, rug doesn’t match worth a do-do so I’m replacing that too.

The seats are a bit low, and like many customizable sectionals, the seats have weird spots in-between the seat pillows. Its comfy when you sit in the right spots.
This console is much bigger than I expected it to be. I can fit 4 medium size blankets and still have some room in it. I also like that there's a switch on the inside to out off/on power to the outlets.
