I placed 2 separate orders, both came in in a great shape delivered by FedEx. 1st order came in in 3 different shipments and had to reach out to online customer service for clarification on missing pieces. Response was immediately received. Very satisfied with the explanation. The second order of additional furniture didn't arrive on time. I think this is due to the holiday weekend but everything came in as ordered without any mistakes whatsoever. There's no phone number available for calling but online customer service is very responsive and helpful. The furniture itself is great! High quality and very durable if you have kids. We received an exchange cover kit for free that covers 4 ottomans. Lots of storage space inside each piece and they can be rearranged in different patterns. Perfect for a large family get together and eliminates the need to buy a poker game table. Very satisfied with the product. Please note, the furniture is on a stiffer side for cubic III sectional and will last for a long time with everyday use. Thanks

I looked at several similar couches that cost 5 times as much as Rubik and I like the look/feel of the Rubik better. Perfect modular couch.

We added the ottoman to the sectional and planned to create a chaise, but we pushed into the corner to make a DEEP CORNER and it's become the most coveted seat in the house for people and pets alike.
