While there were some issues with things the customer service was excellent. Still working on them as well! So I would say very pleasant experience. Love the couch the the set up I choose as well! The dog bed we received was the biggest problem the cushions were too big to fit in the designated spots and when they finally got zipped up they busted the zipper causing it to break and now it does t zip.
This is a great couch. It's slightly narrow on the cushions so I like having the ottomans attached. Which gives you plenty of room. I feel like the side consoles with the cup holders are a must have. There ton of storage capability as well in each of the seats, Ottomans and side consoles. Set up was super easy, I didn't even find the instructions until I got done setting it up. Only big issue was our great Dane was not a huge fan of the set up and change to the room (giant 175lbs baby). Wouldn't come near the couch for 3 days even with trying to bribe him with treats. He's sleeping on it now though.

I love this modular sofa. It was easy to set it up and it looks great. Is comfortable for sitting on it or sleeping on it. I like that it is firm but still comfortable
This has been the best purchase I have ever got that I loved so very much. The storage has help me be more organizes and it is so comfortable. I sleep like a baby. Grateful for the customer service gentleman that helped me too.

It was so easy to set up and i can arrange and rearrange it however i like. It is comfortable to sit it and it was great overall. Delivery was within 1 day of me ordering it so i didnt have to wait for a long time to be able to enjoy my new couch. Absolutely love it
Love the versatility, ease of assembly, pretty comfy, its washable.. having kids and pets thats a plus, the little arm rests for plugging in a charger is amazing, only reason its not 5 stars is because I wish the back rests were a little higher. Would buy again and will most likely be buying pieces to add on to what we have.
I am enjoying our new sofa. I am not sure if it's a design flaw but I would only suggest you add Velcro or something to the ottomans at least to secure the cushions .. they slide everywhere. But again I am happy with our purchase. Thk you
So I took a little time before I wrote a review.
Let’s talk about putting it together.
It was super easy! I put this together in my garage and I was able to carry it all in to my living room with no problem at all. (Way easier than your typical couch.)
Packaging was great. 7 boxes an all packaged wonderfully.
After getting everything together it was time to try it out. At first it was a little more firm than I wanted, however after a few days it softens up but still has plenty of support.
I also love the fact that we can add on to it later if we choose to.
Now even though all the covers are washable we did add an additional cover to it just to help protect it from my dog who sheds.
I definitely recommend this couch to anyone.
We can’t wait to get one for our basement in the future.

We found the Rubik 3 sectional flexible, stylish, robust &, most importantly, comfortable. Lastly, Linsy Home customer service was prompt and helpful. Will certainly buy from them again.
I love my new sofa. It was easy to assemble and got here super quick. Customer support was great as well and were quick to help me. I will say, I wish the cushions were maybe a bit fuller so there wasn’t as big of gaps between the sections but I’m just adjusting.
It was nice to be able to feel and see the differences in the fabrics. It helped me see which fabric preferences I have and which colors I liked best.
The console i purchased was the final piece to my sectional. Love it.
It came as advertised. The section pieces are all the same and you can attach different items to them to make different pieces. Took about three days for the cushions to fully inflate. Currently ( 14ish days) they feel a bit high centered with some what larger gaps at the edges. I am assuming that they will push out a bit more with use. over all a good option.
I love how you can add pieces to this sectional and it’s not permanent once put together as well as how easy it is to dismantle when needed. I also love the color and the extra seat cover. I absolutely love the storage which is mostly why I choose this! I don’t know how well it’ll wash since I haven’t washed it! My only disappointment is the back isn’t high enough, the legs are too short & I wish the seating was deeper by maybe 3-5” it’s just a little too short! With those modifications I think this would make this sofa 100% comfortable for all heights of people!
All 13 boxes arrived together, on time, and unboxing everything was really the only hard work. Pieces went together easily, and are sturdy. They are holding up well, so far, and have the approval of our most critical family members.
