RUBIK III Versatile Console

The furniture is great! Very happy with the quality. I was worried about bit buying without seeing in person but was not disappointed

This is my 2nd and not last Linsy couch. I'm an interior decorator who furnishes rentals. The especially must be comfortable, durable and easy to mange stains, damages and replacement parts if ever needed. Linsy sofas check every single box! - SiriusMama LLC

We had been looking for a new couch, and after the first day of Google searches ever add I got for the next few weeks was couches. All different brands, but Linsy stood out the most because it was more petite in size and that’s what we were needing. We needed a smaller couch than we had, but one that sat more - which is not an easy task.

But after many, many, many days of mapping out a lay out with different configurations we settled on the L shape and added in the 2 consoles and 2 ottomans- which spoiler alert we just ordered a third ottoman after the fact.

I wanted a new couch asap because the previous one was two large leather couches that reclined with massager and heat elements- which started throwing sparks and after googling house fire rates with powered couches I wanted them out like yesterday! So we needed a couch that was 1. In stock 2. Fit our living room 3. Would be durable since we have 3 dogs and 2 kids. And the Dark blue in velvet was what was in stock so we went with it.

I hadn’t seen any reviews regarding this material so I was a little nervous, but figured it would be the best option against dogs and kids. And what reviews I did see for the brand seemed to be paid reviews/ ads so I went to Reddit and for the most part they seemed to all be good reviews and I’m happy to say, 2 weeks in I would agree that it’s a great couch!

The couches came so quick, less than a week. And yes they came in different shipments but all within 3 days of each other. Set up took about an hour (for my husband) they are so easy to clean, I run the hand vacuum over them and if the dogs left drool (they are Bassett hounds) I just take a microfiber towel with a little water or all purpose cleaner and it comes up super quick. We haven’t taken the covers off yet but I’m looking forward to being able to use that option.

The only negative thing I would say is it would be best as a couch that’s against the wall. Ours “floats” in the living room between the walkway and dining room so the back is a little wonky but it doesn’t look bad, but would feel more secure against the wall I’d imagine.

But so far it’s a great firm couch- we arnt into the pillow like couches but the back is nice a squishy. I was nervous about the loose back cushions but so far that’s not been an issue. I bought Velcro strips of need be but we haven’t done them yet. I’m 5,5 and my husband is 6 foot. We both fit comfortably on the seats, but for longer periods of time, we definitely prefer to pull over the ottomans to give more leg room.

Overall I give it a 4.7 (only deducting for not flush back pieces) and highly recommend you give them a shot!

We were hesitant at first but having finally made the purchase, we couldn’t be more thrilled! The quick assembly and modular setup makes the couch a no-brainer! We have a second living room in our upstairs and not having to try to left an entire sectional up the flight of stairs is such a blessing! We’re getting ready to go back for another set! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I received my bundle (5 seats with console) today and I absolutely love it! It came together pretty easily, although the arm rests were a little difficult to put together. It's very comfy and I appreciate that it came with extra covers. My only complaint is that the to back cushions are a little awkward because they don't fill the entire space. That said I love it and am already considering ordering an ottoman!

Everything from the price, size, shipping, putting together was seamless! It's made a lovely addition to our RV. We are enjoying the new comfort of our purchase.

The shipping was super quick! It arrived to our house 3 day earlier than expected! It took my husband and I only an hour to assemble our couch. We love the fact that we have storage and how everything is washable! We were looking for new couch for two years and couldn’t find anything under $2k. Thankfully we found this within our budget AND we got more than what we looked for. It’s super easy to move around in our living room, we already had a family sleepover on the new couch. The kids loved the couch. We loved the firmness (personal preference) and we took a gamble on purchasing without seeing it in person. I’m so glad we purchased this couch, it’s wonderful and fits in our living room perfectly!

Fit my space perfect! easy to clean! i find it comfortable hubby likes a deeper couch but having the ottoman makes him happy! I love the storage!

Its only been about a week, but so far its been great. Held up to kids snacks and rough housing, and dog slobber. We will see how it lasts! Just set up a second couch basement, and have ordered more and will order a couple more pieces to complete it. I love the flexibility for our small spaces. Set up was very easy! And very comfy too, which I was worried about!

I had a problem with one of my ottomans being the wrong color and they quickly fixed it. Very easy setup.

We love the modular couch. The couch is sturdy, firm, and comfortable. It is versatile for many configurations to fit in any size room and very easy to assemble , and each seat doubles as storage. For future design considerations, may add a snap-on button, hooks, velcro, or some sort to secure the cushion seat top when it is used as stand-alone ottoman

I love this modular sofa. It was easy to set it up and it looks great. Is comfortable for sitting on it or sleeping on it. I like that it is firm but still comfortable

So I took a little time before I wrote a review.
Let’s talk about putting it together.
It was super easy! I put this together in my garage and I was able to carry it all in to my living room with no problem at all. (Way easier than your typical couch.)
Packaging was great. 7 boxes an all packaged wonderfully.
After getting everything together it was time to try it out. At first it was a little more firm than I wanted, however after a few days it softens up but still has plenty of support.
I also love the fact that we can add on to it later if we choose to.
Now even though all the covers are washable we did add an additional cover to it just to help protect it from my dog who sheds.
I definitely recommend this couch to anyone.
We can’t wait to get one for our basement in the future.

All 13 boxes arrived together, on time, and unboxing everything was really the only hard work. Pieces went together easily, and are sturdy. They are holding up well, so far, and have the approval of our most critical family members.

The couch is fantastic! I love how modular it is, while still being sturdy (due to the brackets you use to connect the pieces). My one complaint is that the cushions will slide and move or fall down. If there was some way to keep the cushions in place, this would be a perfect couch!

We decided to renovate our living room, and we wanted a modular sofa. We had a previous modular sofa from All Form, and while nice, it is uncomfortable for shorter people to sit in since the seats are so deep. I did a ton of research into modular sofas, and wanted one that had a console in it. Out of all the options I looked at, I felt the Linsy Home Rubik III fit our needs the best.

We had our room measured for new carpet on a Thursday morning, and I decided to order the furniture that evening, thinking it would be a couple of weeks before I received it. Boy, was I wrong! I received an email on Friday, telling me I had a deliver coming on Monday, and sure enough, 80% of the order arrived Monday afternoon! The rest of the items all arrived by Thursday. (I had also purchased a complete set of replacement covers, and that was the majority of the other items) Only 2 boxes had visible damage to them, one an ottoman, but there was no damage to the unit itself, and the other was the console, but it appeared to have no damage either. (side note: there were about 10-12 loose small ball bearings in the box, which I assume came from the drawer slides of the console, but the drawer appears to be functioning normally) All the hardware was in each box as advertised.

After the carpet was installed, I decided I would start putting a few pieces together that evening, but it was honestly so easy to assemble, I was able to do the complete set (minus the ottomans, which is why they are not in the pictures) in a couple of hours. I expected it to take way longer, but the brackets in each unit were already installed (just check to make sure they are tight), and I did not have to open the cushions and put the covers on, like the directions on site said. Definitely a bonus there!

We purchased the velvet fabric in Slate Gray, but the color is darker that what it looks like on the website. It was not a big deal to us, as we quite like the color.

The only "con" I have at the moment is that the ottomans are very hard to slide across carpet. I solved that by buying some 2 inch casters on Amazon, and they move nicely now!)

There have been some complaints about the ottoman cushions sliding off easily (the instructions give you directions for using Velcro tape) but I really don't find it an issue, it does not slide around just by moving your feet around on it, only when I try to move it without the casters)

Things we love:
The velvet fabric feels really nice!
The ability to wash all the covers
The seats are not extremely deep. You can sit up comfortably with your feet on the floor
While the cushions are firm, they are VERY comfortable! We really enjoy the feel of sitting on them
The amount of storage is insane!
The quality of materials appears to be top notch to me!
The versatility of being able to arrange it however we see fit

Overall, buying a sofa sight unseen is freaking scary! I did a lot of research, read and viewed a ton of reviews, and did a lot of comparisons among the 4-5 brands we were looking at.

We are VERY happy with our purchase, and plan to spend many years with it! Thanks Linsy Home!
