Is the $50 deposit refundable?
Yes. If the campaign does not reach its funding goal, we’ll initiate a full refund of your $50 deposit to your original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds typically take an additional 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
How is my $50 deposit applied?
Your $50 deposit reserves your backer benefits and becomes $100 in credit toward the featured module. The $100 backer credit cannot be combined with the 5% Wishlist discount.
How long does the campaign run, and what determines whether a module gets made?
Each campaign runs for 14 days. Funding is calculated separately for each module, and a module will move into production once it receives 50 valid paid deposits.
What happens after a module reaches its funding goal?
Once a module reaches 50 valid paid deposits, it will move through production, quality inspection, shipping to the U.S., warehouse receiving, and final delivery. We’ll email backers with updates at key stages.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
We’ll email you after the module has completed production and passed quality inspection, as it prepares to ship to our U.S. warehouse. The email will include your remaining balance, applicable taxes, and a payment deadline.
When will my module arrive?
Each campaign will show an estimated delivery window. We’ll share production, shipping, warehouse, and delivery updates by email as the module moves forward.
What happens if production or delivery is delayed?
We’ll email you with the reason for the delay and an updated timeline. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the original estimated delivery window, you may continue waiting or request a refund.
Can I cancel after the campaign is funded?
Yes. You may cancel and receive a full refund of your $50 deposit at any time before paying the remaining balance. Once the remaining balance has been paid, LINSY HOME’s standard order cancellation and return policies will apply.
What does joining the Wishlist mean?
Joining the Wishlist is free and does not place an order. You’ll receive campaign updates and a 5% discount if the module moves into production. If you later place a deposit using the same email address, your $100 backer credit will replace the 5% Wishlist discount; the two offers cannot be combined.
